1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ticket Funk platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Ticket Funk for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Sell, trade, or otherwise exploit the materials for a purpose other than its intended use
3. Ticket Purchase & Resale
Ticket Ownership
Tickets purchased on Ticket Funk are personal licenses to attend events. You are responsible for ensuring you are the person who will use the ticket.
Resale Marketplace
Resale tickets are sold on an "as-is" basis. Ticket Funk is not responsible for the accuracy of ticket information provided by sellers. All resale transactions are final unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fees
Ticket Funk charges service fees for ticket purchases and resales. These fees are in addition to the ticket price and are non-refundable.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ticket Funk or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ticket Funk.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on Ticket Funk are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ticket Funk makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Modifications
Ticket Funk may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
